Concrete admixture according to their major functions can be divided into four categories:
1. To improve the rheological properties of fresh concrete admixtures: including water reduction Liu, air entraining agent and pumping agent.

By (GB8075-87) admixture of the name and definition, additives can be divided into 16 names, their respective definitions are as follows:

1. Ordinary water reducer: Concrete slump in the same conditions, the additive can reduce the mixing water;
2. Early strength agent: accelerating the development of early strength of concrete admixtures;
3. Retarder: extended setting time of concrete admixtures;
